    They have to put the regional news on BBC 1 as BBC 2 doesn't have regional channels

    Fair enough . Then I think they should keep it on bbc2 instead but I get its the flagship channel. It's just a bit annoying in what to be honest is great coverage.

    I bet you didn't finish next-to-last in the sack race? I did almost beat the 2nd Year school record in the high jump once...I was always 'for the high jump'!

    If Michael Phelps was British, what honour could they have given him now?! 

    Wiggins, Redgrave, Hoy are all knights and their combined number of Olympic gold medals is still is less than Phelps.
