Hey all, sat on the Malborough downs now - I can hear that cell over bath rumbling - just hoping the south side of this line stays active for where I am - lots of outflow and cool temps here though, so going to rely on the warm front to do its thing.. Enjoy everyone! Samos

A little cell south and a touch west of Norwich has suddenly appeared. I think the warm front will slowly moves things east with new cells.

i'm 10 miles west of you Sam, and there's constant thunder booming from the south....take care mate, as you're pretty exposed up there, the main core will past just to the east of Marlborough within the hour I think

This is looking far more positive than of late , Might not get any overhead here later but at least we might get some distant thunder .

Unless anything develops to the South & West of the main action - it looks like my chance has gone.

Good luck to all

the only downside at the mo is that as it's so elevated here, lightning is difficult to see and the high cloud bases are almost featureless with no structure......lots of almost constant elevated thunder here till......how I wish it were nighttime now, the sky would be like a strobe light

This would be awesome at night, but hell, pretty awesome now! Cant see much structure and lcl's arent that decent, but these are seriousely potent ...

Watching some gathering scud to my west here .. probably nothing, but atleast its not 5000 ft up! Samos

seeing the same thing...LCL's dropping as it starts to ever so slowly tap into the boundary layer

The 2 leading storms seem to be dying off as they go north east, the 2nd 2 seem to be still invigorating, and the storm furthest west, is doing a right turn!!!! (See second grab for right turn)

Currently near to Sandbach debating whether to go home to Derby or head south towards Wolverhampton.
