Rain cleared before midnight leaving a dry and cloudy night. Bright spells so far this morning. Sunny spells, also a good deal of cloud, showers scattered around, some moderate in the area. The evening saw broken cloud and late sunny spells.

A day of light mostly isolated drizzle showers although a slightly heavier one briefly a few minutes ago. Sunny spells and light winds otherwise.

Dry with some cloud and sunny spells to start the day with a low of 8.1C, the lowest since 6 June. Showers developed by 0900 with sunny spells as well, rain 0.2 mm so far with Large Cu and Cb type 3 well in evidence, not sure but might be Cb type 9 but too much cloud just now to be sure.
