rain eased for now but cells above us are almost stationary wit radar showing new cells popping up nearby. Could be more to come. Incredible rain rates and amounts dumped in minutes.

The energy in the showers was transferring SW all afternoon. Over the last 30 mins or so, it's reinvigorated in the eastern part, over Bolton and Manchester.

Went to the Isle of Arran on Sunday and got back last night. See I missed a fair bit of action!

Somehow staying dry here so far this afternoon. Don't think it will last long.

Just starting to rain here now.

Let's see if I can get something after being up north and missing the storms here this week. (Although I did drive through a lively one on the M6 near Wigan coming home yesterday evening!)

Gah! I can see it! I can just about hear it! But I'm not really in it or in line for it. The rain is very on and off here. We even have brighter skies coming in from the northeast.

First rumble of thunder here in Worcester but have no idea where it cam from as there are no active cells here apart from the on up in Stourbridge and the other near Inkberrow... very odd!

Right on the edge of it here. Not much rain and can only hear the thunder if it happens somewhere to my southeast due to the hill I live on.

Sky looks incredible to my southeast.

Only a light shower here all day, looks like the storms want to stay out of the SE for the most part.
