I believe that the rather large storms over france, specifically over Brussels ATM are on a course for Essex and Norfolk, am I wrong

I have to say...I really think someone in the East Midlands is going to see something spectacular later this evening.

We're still in the game here though. As long as storms keep firing where they are now...we have a chance.

This is getting nuts, new cell firing to my SW and west, Buckingham / Winslow way and heading here, then there is the one looking to munch Oxford also heading this way. Could be an evening and night  to remember.

Here out west nothing to major in shrewsbury this far, but a couple of small half hour llived cells have come and gone within 10 miles of town. In fact another has just shot up in 20 minutes west of town and now producing lightening.  Still enough energy out there this far west to generate storms.

Did anyone in MK manage to get a view of that storm in all directions? I could only see bits and pieces of it. A lot of it was changing shape very, very fast. Think there may have been a funnel cloud in the distance but very brief, only for a few seconds.
