More near Bath...and it's hardly the most active storm right now I suppose.

I see one's got going between Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth...that's a little further south than some of the others. So it may be worth keeping an eye and ear out after all here.

Sorry Staffy just saw a distant flash over the back of Barr Beacon....Lichfield way

edit radar indicating just to the South of Lichfield

Also worth noting that the CZ is expected to slide a touch south as over the next few hours, so where storm development is tied to this zone can expect storms further south late afternoon/evening.

met office have issued warnings for where activity is , looks like this time they're bit behind events

yep.... Keep an eye on the local Live wind directions....and as W09 mentioned the convergence zone is forecast for a slight Southerly shift

Typical, the day I'm indoors all day, it kicks off! I didn't hear any thunder (been near Lymm). Heading back home and skies don't look great, still humid and warm though.

Just had some big spot rain here , though its stopped again . Sky looks heavy and its looking quite dark in the direction of Wolverhampton .
