Cells popping up all over Lincolnshire, an area that had a slim chance today. Classic Lincolnshire to be honest! :pardon:

The International Space station should be coming over in the next 20 minutes or so in a line from southern Ireland to the Thames Estuary. Dependent on which camera they are using, we should get a decent Live view of the storm clouds

http://www.n2yo.com/space-station/

Change the settings by hovering just above where it says USTREAM to change to 720HD for the top camera, and 480p for the bottom one

Seems to be a lot forming on radar over Kent, am in the far east, but it's not apparent yet. Was clear 20 minutes ago, now clouding up a bit to the west. Saw a storm pass this afternoon, tracked N from Folkestone area over Canterbury, didn't rain at all here but they had flash flooding. Can just about hear distant rumbling as I type.

Looks like theres a storm headed your way from Canterbury according to lightningmaps. Fingers crossed for you.

Quiet nice and fresh outside. Inside the house it's boiling.

As fast as the storms form they seem to vanish again.

Looks like all three storms I had my eye on (maidstone, eastbourne and west brighton) have all faded. I wonder if theres still a chance for anything else to kick off down this way? Skies looking very dark to my east.

It's gone very dark here,  I'm not sure if I've got the Guildford storm or the Chichester storm sitting over me...think we should all have a cup of tea, it's been a good day of storms!

While storms were moving from the S or SW earlier this afternoon ahead of the upper trough approaching from the SW, now much of central and southern England + Wales is the other side of the trough steering winds (roughly 500mb) are from the W or NW with storms now moving slowly E and SE!
