I have been chasing since yesterday but so far only seen one flash over Bristol yesterday and some distant ones from Hereford direction late last night. Clouds are building now though so I am hoping.

not that i know anything but surely if you move north you could try and catch on of the several cells moving West --> East

Nothing will happen here either, got sea  cloud filtering in from the north east.

Think we need to wait until at least next week to see something proper. Something like 19th June 2005, 28th June 2012 or 3rd July last year will get me out chasing.

Should be between now and 6pm where the showers should start to form. A couple showing up already. I would imagine this area would be focus for pulse-type storms that will be hit and miss but perhaps quite slow moving.
