It's time to inject a bit of life into this forum isn't it?

Lots of indications that we're on track for a colder than average next few months.   This morning was a shock to the system, although no frost around these parts.  Maybe by the weekend, when another cold front floods south?

Had a little frost here this morning! First time to scrape the car and what a lovely sound! I have missed it! Does anyone else think this has a 09/10 feel to it? I'm sure this is how November went then,I'm sure we will see our first snowfall around the 25 th of November as we always seem to have snow then as I always say " aw if it could do this a month today! It would be fab!"

There's definitely a much colder feel to the start of the season, feels totally different to the last few years. I'm hopeful we're in for a good one, we sure do deserve a proper Winter at last.

what a stunning day! Nice and cold for bon fire night. Just how I remember them as a kid in the 80's. Wrapped up with scarf and gloves.

This is one of the best autumns I can remember. The trees look fantastic.

hoping, as always, for a proper winter to follow.
