snow/sleet here - dowlais top looking white too

Woken up by a thunderstorm here in Deiniolen, North West Wales with hail.

Just had a heavy sleet/snow shower big flakes and a slight wet dusting 2.3c

wet snow in the heavier burts here - dowlais top coming down with snow quite a bit and penyfan - snow accumulating

 

edit:- Dowlais going white now too

 

Penyfan really getting a touch of the winter whites now

storms/showers approaching from the south

storm kicking off here - thunder now being heard

Just had a storm here, for the first 10 mins had constant thunder and lightning every 3/4 seconds followed by heavy rain/hail, now just the odd flash and rumble as it moves away!

CRIKEY - nearly had a heart attack on that one - huge flash of lightning and thunder clapped over head

You may get some more - more forming near exmoor

Snowfall pretty high chaceof -8 uppers across Wal;es with short spell of snow cover overnight ,with-8 uppers ,with cold Northerly winds friday night saturday night,
