Raining! Don't know why I'm surprised!

It was raining here briefly.....then graupel....then bonkers snow. Getting on for three inches now.

if it just rains on it by morning, I will be so hacked off. I'm going to have one last look. Need to do Front page update in the morning so have to be up early

Some things never change and you'll all be relieved to know there's no snow here in Crail. 2c currently with sleety rain.

Friends reporting a slight covering inland at Cupar.

If it's snowing in Falkirk (@November13) then we're in with a (last) chance.

Yep, snowing in Falkirk, not exactly blizzard conditions but not bad for the end of April

M90 pretty bad now between Kelty and Glenfarg. Traffic Scotland image of Glenfarg just now worth a look.

Took the camera with me just now to take a photoP4290033.JPG of the overnight  covering we have and was watching another heavy hail  shower approach.  Was just thinking what a stormy looking dawn it was with rag cloud and clouds moving in different directions at different levels when there was  a terriffic clap of thunder right overhead which rumbled on for a good few seconds. Never experienced thunder with hail and snow showers in April. Currently 0c

Heavy snow this morning accompanied by thunder and lightening, crazy stuff, have woken up to snow cover (and often heavy snow) every morning since Sunday, pretty exceptional week for the end of April. 0c

Winters last evil laugh at me last night!

Starting snowing heavily and then almost immediately turned to sleety pish and rain.

This morning is miserable, windy and wet with only patchy slush on the grass and car.

Snow still falling in the heavier bursts but overall the usual frontal snowfall disappointment!

Spring warmth please and the sooner the better!
