28.2mm up until midnight, and a further 7.4mm through the early hours. That's fives times what I recorded in July lol
Felling very muggy today, feels worse than when had the hot weather.

Temp: 19°C - Hum: 91% - Dew: 17.5°C - Rain: 7.4mm - Bar: 1011.75hPa - Wind: WSW @ 6mph, gusting to 20mph.

Just looked at the 24hr accumulative map.. the orange streak should probably be a bit further North, as i noted yesterday that stations West of me, Crossways and Puddletown recorded around 30mm.

A cloudy start, but sky has appeared, and it is sunny. It's breezy too, but I expect it to pick up further, later.

Temp: 19.2°C - Hum: 81% - Dew: 15.9°C - Bar: 1009.65hPa - Rain: 0.4mm - Wind: WSW @ 5mph, gusting to 20mph.

I've got a Buddleia that has come out in flower, I saw 3 peacock butterflies on it, as well as the cabbage whites. I hardly see them any more, so it was a nice surprise.

A crackin' little cell just cruised right over the top of us, amazing stair rods rainfall.

Mapantz, it missed you so the tropical zone dipped out this time :)

I was just looking at that from here..

Really great weekend here in Falmouth. Sometimes cloudy but often sunny by day and warm. Saw the Wurzels this evening as part of Falmouth Week. Great event. Such an awesome atmosphere in town right now. :)

Fresh start today at 09.0C, a harbinger of autumn. However, crystal clear this morning with no wind - lovely day coming up by the looks of it! Such a shame tomorrow's muck has to ruin it and then get stuck under high pressure. The high moving overhead today would result in a sunny high.

Down to 8.7°C this morning. Today is gorgeous, plenty of sunshine, puffs of cumulus in between. According to some, this is like Autumn weather..  rolleyes2.gif

Hi everyone, well the rather dry summer continues with the only notable rainfall event in recent weeks being 20mm on Monday 1st August. A really fine week this week with plenty of sunshine and comfortably warm at around 21c maxxes.

I am now a daddy and it is wonderful! We had something of a rocky ride with both my wife and my boy suffering infections at birth, but we got home last Friday after a 9 night stay at Bath RUH and all is good now!
