Some quite large Cu build up here and just had a moderate rain shower. Not sure that was included in the forecast.

Fog had lifted quite early on this morning, giving way to some nice sunshine. Mostly cloudy now, with the odd glimpse of the sun.

Temp: 15.2°C - Hum: 83% - Dew: 12.3°C - Bar: 1029.56hPa - Wind: WSW @ 7mph.

My Japanese Acer tree is showing off some lovely red colours at the moment:

Our Acer "peaked" last week and is now shedding it's leaves, it certainly was colourful this year.

Another misty start to the day, a little more patchy than yesterday, and cool with it @ 6.3°C.

Early morning mist now lifting with a ribbon of cloud out over the channel..

Pea soup here. There's sheep in the field at the end of my garden, can't see them, just hear them - quite eerie, ghostly baa's.

Layer of Sc at the moment below the inversion. Question is will the sun peek through.No wind so feeling quite mile with temp 0f 11C

Pressure high 1034.43HpA. .  14.4c. No fog this morning. cloudy with a little brightness. Calm.

Mostly cloudy but the odd bright spell does appear at times - a bit depressing to be honest.

Temp: 14.8°C - Hum: 79% - Dew: 11.2°C - Bar: 1035.69hPa - Wind: W @ 4mph.

A new pressure record on my station today, although it has only been going for 239 days- 1035.90hPa.

No big surprise but the cloud never cleared stuck under the inversion. Not too bad a day as the was no wind and temp made 13C

Odd this morning looking at the weather sites, constant 14c temp through the day, not sure I have seen that before, BBC and Met Office agreeing;

My weather station is showing 13.6c, 1035.0 hPa, 91% humidity and very light winds that were SW to SE earlier but now NNE.

It has rained overnight but not a jot showing on the Net Weather radar which I have reviewed every 5 minute update of.

Classic dirty high scenario this morning. A layer of low Sc under the inversion with dry,warm, air above. This will take some shifting at this time of year. Anyway not unpleasant with a temp of 11C and a zephyr from the ESE.

Same here, Andy.  Couldn't believe that everywhere was wet when I went out a few minutes ago, That's put paid to my bright idea of cutting the grass today.  It's only dropped 0.1mm, but I've just looked through the radar too, to no avail.  It actually feels misty in the air even now.

I don't suffer from SAD, but I do find this weather to be rather horrid!

No dampness here, just overcast.

I dont think I do either but yes it's definitely horrible. Looking forward to my extra hour in bed tomorrow! But then I'll probably start moaning about the dark evenings
