Glorious in Great Wishford for the schools 3k and 10k runs.

I can hardly believe we're set for another summery midweek followed by a late week cool down and likely wet Saturday!'

A very nice day, pretty much sunshine from the word, go. 20°C around an hour ago.

Things are looking interesting for our region through Tuesday afternoon and in to the evening. Detail yet to be resolved, but the risk of some showers, perhaps thunderstorms creeping up.

Mostly cloudy here, the odd blue patch here & there.

Last night was a bit weird! The temperature dropped to 11.6°C before midnight, I noticed that a lot of stations around this region, Poole, Swanage, Bournemouth .. were at 16 - 17°C
As soon as it got to midnight, the temperature rapidly went up. A shame really, it was lovely and fresh outside before that happened.

Ok, how much do you want place on the table that we are "too far east?"...as per the latest convectiveweather charts..

Yesterday morning at 07:15 it was 5.7C, and around the same time this morning it was 18.0C.

Today wasn't very good really, cloudy all day until slightly before sunset (though there was brightness to the south over the sea much of the afternoon, as the cloud was orthographically enhanced over the land).

The max was 19.8C at 17:45.. and it rose back to around 19.4C since 21:30 with it now being 19.8C again.

Gorgeous start here - almost clear skies with bits of alt cu cas around. Looks broody down in the southwest. Hope the storms stay there until later on this afternoon.

First storm of the morning now overhead - frequent thunder & lightning. A string of further storms heading north over the channel look set to impact in next hour or so.

Blimey, storms going strong down there. If they keep to the same track, Bristol may be in with a chance with something this afternoon, especially after letting the heat build a bit first.
