Much more summer feeling this morning with no wind and higher humidity. Sunny spells between all manner of cloud types, 17.8c and very pleasant in the garden.

Gorgeous day yesterday - pretty much uninterrupted deep blue skies from just before midday onwards. Partly cloudy this morning and this will fill in as the day goes on.

Looking at the cloud charts, it seems as though tomorrow will see more of it, but maybe some hazy spells of sunshine if we're lucky?!

Quite a pleasant day here. Overcast earlier and there was one brief shower but now broken cloud with Cu, Sc and just a breeze.

Mapantz, how does the Poole/Swanage area do in warm sector conditions like we'll be in tomorrow? Does it generally brighten up after a damp/dull start?

It can do, more so in a Southerly flow though. I suspect the cloud will linger around these parts tomorrow, unfortunately.

Thank you. We're going to Swanage for the day, the wife's choice for (probably) our last Saturday before our household becomes 3 people instead of 2!!

Properly beautiful summer evening, one of the few that have been pleasant enough to sit out past the sunshine exiting the garden.

It was nice enough down here this evening, but we could see it looked better over your way.

We're off to Mudeford late tomorrow, for a beachy get together... It'd be nice to see a bit of blue sky while we're down there.

Rather cloudy and blowy at Swanage although the cloud did break around mid afternoon after a light shower. Fascinating sky to the N/E, I am thinking this was some kind of asperatus or undulatus??

Miserable morning here, just constant drizzle, 1mm so far, grey skies.
A very humid night.
That is the first rain since 2nd July.
Been a nice week with some good sunny spells of 21 to 23.5c.
16.9c so far and wind has picked up today, SW 16mph, 1009.5 hPa, 96% humidity.

A bout of drizzle just after midnight, and a sprinkling of rain this morning. It's pretty good now, with sunny spells.
