A few more April showers late evening and looks like a few at midnight, 1.2mm in total yesterday, well saves me watering the garden.
Afternoon yesterday was very grey, but just a little drizzle now and again, the predicted rain looked to have missed us.
7.2c at midnight and down to 5.5c at 6:23.

Now 6.6c, but with the lovely blue skies, feels much warmer, 1020.4 hPa
Wind has picked up today after a few days of little or no wind, NNW 10-12mph

Expected it to be dry here today, but been very grey all morning with the last hour very dark clouds and a few drizzly showers.
Got down to 5.8c at 5am, then rose to 8.6c at 8:45am, now 6.1c
1021.3 hPa, 6.1c, NW 8-12mph and a few 18mph gusts

Looks to be brightening up a bit, but still drizzling.

It made it to 13.3°C in the end. Nothing to complain about here. April's average temp from my station is bang on the regional average.

And it's arrived here. Not that it'll settle or anything!!

It settled here in Kennington at 10:30pm! Only a dusting but totally unexpected.

On way back home noticed a mixture of soft hail or wet snow has settled on sheltered areas of grass between Boars Hill and Lodge Hill, North Abingdon. None really in the town itself though. It was light sleet/wet snowing on Boars Hill too when I drove past about 11:30pm. Temp fluctuated between 2C and 3C on car thermometer. Gritters out spreading too.

A dry but cloudy day yesterday, did get to 13.2c in the afternoon, then dropped to 6.6c at midnight and 4.4c at 6am
A lovely clear blue sky this morning
5c now, 1008.6 hPa, 5mph N wind.
Not feeling that cold with the sun out, despite the feel like temps in the forecast.

Princetown must be doing well. If only I'm not in work I'd be up there snow hunting...in April.Sounds Odd. But just shows not to throw in the towel regards to snow when February ends!
