Huge downpour just went through. It lasted ages due to the slowness of the clouds' movements.

It's nice to get April showers actually in April for once, it's been warm too 16'c!!

I'm a bit miffed that there's going to be a frost on saturday night, it's such a pain at this time of the year

So glad I booked today off, nice weather is illegal on weekend's here so today was fantastic finally getting a chance to lie in the garden and enjoy long, warm spells of sun.

Turned cloudy after 4pm but just about dodged the downpours here.

So, just idly popped over to look at my Netweather forecast for the next few days, and it's showing a couple of bouts of heavy snow!!

Anyone else got this showing for them?

edit - down to 1 now, will be nothing by later. But it was fun for a moment!

i see no one yet got the forecasted storms here in the west mids then?

Nope and highly unlikely to materialise this evening either. Almost all present lightning is attached to a convergence zone running East Anglia to the Severn Estuary area. Not forecast to move unfortunately.

Just had thunder and lightening in my location. Accompanied with heavy rain and hail!

Yes a few sporadic bits have popped up but anything proper away from the convergence zone is proving very hard to achieve currently. Well done on getting something though!

Just rain forecast here. Can't see much snow falling anyway. Precipitation is already east of here with only a few scraps to the north west. As usual the cold follows the rain.

Bring back the warmth please. :(
