A cloudy mild start to the day with light winds

A dry and cloudy night with very little wind. The cloud has thinned since 0900 allowing spells of sunshine.

A good deal of cloud overnight, breaks appearing towards dawn, fog forming over near by fields, vis <300 yards, ground frost forming. Fog thinning to mist, hazy sunshine so far this morning.

Intermittent light rain stopped last night leaving a cloudy night. Cloudy this morning. Remaining cloudy and dull through the morning and in to early afternoon with a few spots of rain. mid to late afternoon saw a few hazy sunny spells.

Last night's low temperature was 0.0°C in West Drayton the coldest in 3 days.

 

Interestingly last night was the 11th coldest night of "winter" and 3 of those 11 nights have been in March. Average low temp in March so far just 2.2°C 0.8°C below average overall.

A mostly cloudy day but not a cold one.

Dry and sunny all day after a foggy start.  The first day of the season that's really felt springlike here, with very little wind and the daytime temperature finally returning to near average.  Maximum 10.5, minimum 1.0. Wind light SE.
