There was 4 inches of snow this morning at home about 8 am...... Took me an hour to get to Chadderton which only has about an inch.

Updated warning indicates another 5-10cm over 200m, it could easily hit half a foot today.... getting home is gonna be fun!

Very poor effort once again, think it snowed for about 20 mins, the rest was horrible sleety mix

I'm with you now on that one, spring please. I don't know why we south westerners of the region bother!

Hi:hi:

Well i think the North West in places is very honoured this morning.By the snow gods.

Think we should export a few pictures round the country, for a small charge of course.

Many must be watching this area saying if only.:wallbash:

Just been looking at the radar,as a new member trying to understand,  watching things pivot and stay over us it seems.

Not particularly heavy here but smaller bursts from time to time, not really sticking, but enjoyable.

Last ten minutes some of the biggest flakes of the morning.

Over and out.For now.

Had to leave my car and walk rest is way to work. Still snowing in romiley Stockport. But the snow in the ground is getting slushy. Worrying it's starting to melt already
