Looks like the same here, though very light. Whatever's falling is falling like snow does rather than rain here. Very small drops/flakes.

it's not snow, it's very fine drizzle, which can look like snow in certain situations

 Just seems like moderate rain here, maybe a bit sleety,  I can't really tell. Any temps  from anyone getting the snow mix.

just to add for you folks up there,although you want the ppn to get heavier for evaperative cooling to take place to bring the snow level down,what about the flooding?
