Apparently there is an inch of snow up at home at 200m.

Just got up for work to a wonderful surprise here in south Liverpool! It's dead warm as I'd left the heating on! Other than that a quick look tells me it's a dull morning slight break in clouds but dry and the birds are singing

Heavy snow in Ashton under Lyne. Looks to have started sticking in the last hour. Bout 2 cm on car roof ATM at 150m asl

Dry as a bone here. Heading to Crewe in half an hour to work so might see some somewhere ha! Saying that working outside most of the morning so should really be praying for it to stay dry and warm up.

Grass looks a bit whitish now. Snow falling.

Absolutely beautiful outside every twig and leaf covered in snow and more falling. Looks like plenty more to come and we seem to be the pivot point. No wind at all here just want daylight to take some pictures before I leave for work!

 Still raining here, now 2.1°C. Expecting it to turn soon, Lydiard is  literally 3 miles away from me! Sounds like cold air is moving westward.

All my apps have it staying as snow till about 1pm, but won't it quickly turn back to sleet/rain as the sun comes up?
