This is the problem with the snow last night, today is another good example right now. It just too light most of the time here to settle.

Snow gone heavier now. But still not heavy enough. It just need big fat flakes.

It is getting more snowier now. :) Getting more heavier still thats more like it!!

Overcast and quite dark now, temp got to 2.5c earlier but started to fall again, 1.6c now.

Dew point still sub zero here so just need some ppn as it could fall as snow...

I rate this cold spell 2/10. It is rubbish!! Only I get is just light snow. :angry:  Worser still it is raining here!!!!!!!!

I'm off now. Until the next cold spell I suppose. But I doubt it will come very soon though since milder weather tends to stick around for eternally. That is probably is going to happen.

Yes it literally just turned to rain.  Most of snow is already melted here now.

Some people in the midlands are reporting snow showers and the wind is coming from that direction helping to keep the sea moderation away.
