When is a Greenland high not a Greenland high?

In the Model output discussion thread a few minutes ago (08/01/2016), "bobbydog" posted the following:

This made me realise that I don't understand what constitutes a GH as defined by posts in the model threads.  Thanks to my lack of understanding, that quote seems to say that an area of high heights over Greenland isn't necessarily a GH.  My question, therefore is this:  what is a Greenland high?
