Settling curb side now and patchy bits of pavement

only very slight dusting

but still good as I thought it had warmed up too much

Its a transitional period...sleet/wet snow morphing more in the snow camp later..with heavier precipitation following in!

I'm with you on that it is turning increasingly to snow here...watching the lamppost like a hawk.

I've just managed to get my lazy butt up to do a snow check and can now confirm it has been snowing with a slight dusting on pavements and cars

Slight snow at Watford, settling in patches in the rear garden but no more than a dusting and still above freezing.

Heavyish but extremely wet snow falling. Making everywhere soaked.

My height is 400ft, wasn't expecting it to be so wet.

The air needs to get a lot colder for the METS 2/3 cm to materialise

Can definitely hear something on the conservatory roof but it's probably just rain. Or a nocturnal tapdancing pigeon. Nothing visible on lamppost-dar.
