A cloudy start light rain now arrived. Overnight temperatures nearly got down to average !!!!!!!

Min overnight of 1.8C at 3:45. Since then cloud increasing and temp now at 4.4C.

Looks like being wet Xmas day.

Clear spells last evening gave way to cloudy conditions before midnight, turning windy, turning very mild.. Overcast this morning, windy, light to moderate rain setting in just before the observation. further rain moderate at time through the morning. The after saw a clearance with a couple of brief showers following.

A few light showers early yesterday evening but most of the night was dry and clear, until well into the early hours when high and medium level cloud began to increase from the south west.

The coldest night of the month last night but still no air frost.

At 0900

Dull cloudy slowly turning milder so won't be a cold day. Light rain at times but much less than expected

Merry Christmas everyone!

Well the weather certainly hasn't caught up with the season...overcast with light rain at times and still outrageously mild after a cold start.  Maximum 13.8, minimum 2.5.  Wind moderate SW.

Yesterday: overcast with rain in the morning, sunny spells in the afternoon.  Maximum 12.2, minimum 4.7.  Wind light SW.

A mild day once again. Less rain than expected but still a rare miserable Christmas day. First time it's rained on me coming back from xmas lunch. Winds now increasing once again.

A chilly and overcast morning with light-moderate rain and drizzle. Thick fog from midday until 1500, accompanied by further drizzle and light rain, but it became dry and very mild by late afternoon with the wind veering SW and increasing to strong.
