Getting darker and gloomier as the day goes on. Warm light drizzle at times Temp 14C decreasing winds.

Currently mostly cloudy with occasional bright or sunny spells. Exceptionally mild last night with the minimum of 11.4C coming just after midnight before a gradual warmup. By 9am the December high maximum record had already fallen (15.2C set in 1994). We're now sat at 15.9C which just feels wrong a week before Christmas.

Very mild (as per) at 14.7c but horrendously gloomy with it. So dark in fact that street lights are on...at before 2pm. The fact that there is rain in the air (what else is new) just adds to the depressing feel. Might be saving on heating bill, but days like this don't help with the electric bill. Dreadful day...the urge to just go to bed and sleep is strong.
