I will go with a rather average 4.5 degrees, milder conditions to start especially further south, the north will be nearer average, then a drop to average and below as the months wears on, a marked temp divide perhaps as well with the CET zone really reflecting the colder conditions in the north.

I don't think jan is gona be as mild as dec how ever I don't think jans gona be anything to sing about regarding cold and snow from midlands south anyway. I for January going for 5.3c. Thanks.
