Yep, stormy winds here just ahead of the cold front.  Clearly convective activity exacerbating the winds, confirmed by hail/lightning reports. 

Had mentioned the possibility in the Atlantic Storms thread.

GFS still going for the undercut, trouble is snow chances off on this run for Friday, looks cold with E winds

Could do with the low sliding further north as some have said. However time for adjustments  this is possibly looking the most promising of the season so far.  the plus point is that the uppers do like they are upgrading from each run      fingers crossed:cold:
