Breaking curfew I'd like to go up to 4.7C however I do sense it will not be "westerlies all the way" do not assume it will be mild dominated I see at least one cold spell & at least one notable nasty windstorm.

4.8°C for me. Average at first but the last third of the month bringing the CET down to just below average after a succession of short cold spells.
