And so here it is, the last of these remarkable, summer-like mornings. Once again, I really had to pinch myself when I opened the back door. Currently a stupendous 14.1C. I shall miss feeling warm when I'm out and about.

A mainly dry and breezy night with clear periods.

Dry at the moment with bright intervals but large masses of high and medium level cloud to the south east and to the west and south west.

Thickening cloud during the first half of the morning eventually brought a period of light rain from around 1130 until 1230, the rest of the afternoon was dry and cloudy with the cloud eventually breaking after sunset.
