A wet night from around 2am with moderate sometimes heavy rain and shrouded in cloud with winds gust touching 40mph, Rain 6.7mm so far. A low of 9.9c

Moderate and persistent rain at the moment the rain arrived around 7am looking at the radar it could ease up shortly

After a brief clearance last evening, turning cloudy again with further showery rain overnight. Cloudy and breezy this morning, intermittent light rain.

Moderate/heavy driving rain here, The winds gusting well in excess of 40mph now. Rain 10.2mm Temp 13.6c.

Rain started around 0500 moderate/heavy around 0750-0800 (34.6 mm/hr), total so far=9.8 mm, a low before the rain of 9.4C now on 15.3C and dewpoint on 14.5C, each up around 5C since the rain started

Clearing up nicely with patchy Sc and Ci, very mild at 17.6C and dewpoint still over 14C; more like a warmish rather muggy September day.

A very mild night with rain moving in during the early hours and becoming heavy at times.

This morning was cloudy and very mild with intermittent light-moderate rain. A clearance took place around 1230 with sunny intervals and a few short showers.

 

At 0900

Temp: 13.3c

24 hr max: 14.0c

24 hr min: 9.1c

Grass min: 5.5c

Rainfall in 24 hrs ending 0900: 16.0 mm

Mean wind speed: 28 mph S

Overcast with heavy rain in the early hours before drying out and becoming sunny during the afternoon. The maximum temperature of 17.7C was the warmest here in November since my records began in 1980, beating the previous record of 17.6C set on 6th November 1992.

Intermittent light-moderate rain this morning and becoming quite squally for a time before midday. A clearance arrived from the west early this afternoon but there were still one or two light showers with sunny intervals between them.

After a wet and pretty wild start, the sun came out at about 2pm and this evening has been cooler and much fresher feeling.

Now, mainly clear with light winds.
