Affecting: Southeast England, Central Southern England, The Midlands, East Wales, Northern England, Western Scotland

Date Valid For: 2.45PM - August 05 2004 -- 03.00AM August 06 2004.

Time Of Issue: 2.45 PM 05 August 2004.

Violent tunderstorms with torrential rain are now beginning to break out across England and Wales. These will continue to develop during this afternoon bringing treachorous conditions to affected areas. These will move northwards this evening and overnight, de-intensifying probably.

Confidence Level: 95%
