A cloudy night with rain spreading in from the South around 6am, Bringing moderate sometimes heavy rain and blustery winds which are stripping the leaves nicely.. A low of 6.2c

 

Currently; Very dull with moderate sometimes heavy rain & the hills shrouded in cloud.

Most of the night was dry with gradually increasing cloud which eventually brought rain, briefly heavy, from about 0530 g.m.t onwards.

 The rain was accompanied by thick hill fog and a fresh-strong SE breeze.

The morning started off dry, but raining by around mid morning, which lasted a short while. It was still in the air even though no rain was falling. The afternoon became drier slowly, and the temperature picked up as well by the end of the afternoon. It was quite cool during the morning with the temperature not getting above 13C until mid day
