Good Evening Spookartarians..! :D  From my update two days ago ..Things have changed dramatically across the CFS and we have swapped a low pressure from the northwest ,to be replaced by an high pressure system across central Europe.... A rather cold flow , so some very cold nights , misty , foggy and cold The Witches will certainly like this.....

Hope it isn't too windy of foggy, last Halloween a witch crashed into my garage in bad weather and I ended up having to burn her corpse on Guy Fawkes night, kept her cat though. :good:

I'm coming back to the UK for a week just then and I definitely want a repeat of last year!

I definitely, definitely don't want a repeat of 2013!

Boo hoo...all rather irrelevant now anyway as I have had to change my flights to mid November as I've been asked to do some extra work. Still I hope you get my preferences anyway!

Good Evening Dare Devils! :diablo:  :diablo:  :diablo: . The long range model is showing an unsettled Picture with Westerly winds dominating! So that means one thing, the Witches will need to hold on to there hats and cat!

Hope it's not like last year, the weather then was spooky enough. No, it should be wild and wet with all those pesky witches being blown into bare trees bent double by the wind.

Maybe it's perceptual distortion, but apart from last year, I remember most recent Halloween's being wet and stormy. I remember parents under brollies and costumes flailing in the wind. Last year was an exception. But the year before, I remember the teenagers from across the road getting everything because there were no little ones, but we were in a rented house so we knew very few people in the short time we were there. We had been in France until the 27th, where it was very warm until we left and we had a thunderstorm bonfire on the 27th. We got the full force of the St Jude storm on the way back to Leeds and I do remember my husband's panic attack and subsequently broken vow that he "would never fly again"! That was an elemental end to "summer" 2013.

Hello there, you Spooky Guys and Gals! :diablo:  It looks like a stand off between East and West from the cfs and gfs operational model tonight. I think Satan the Devil would be very happy with this run! :diablo:

Looking forward to a warm Halloween here in Limousin, it seems. A bike ride followed by ritual burning of garden waste could be in order!

My little one has an outfit and we decorate the front room for her, this year we have ghosts to hang from the ceiling, balloons, and 'fairy' lights in the shape of 'ghosts' to put up too. I have to wear devil horns as standard.

I expect it will be a blowy night but clear, with the odd cloud edging over the full moon. :diablo:

As per usual, my plans for Halloween are simple: bottle of vodka, turn-off all lights, hide behind settee! :D

It looks like that block to our east will at first create a southerly air flow bringing very mild weather during Halloween night, but as the block intensifies and wins the battle, the winds will become easterlies bring very cold air straight from Siberia. This will obviously get modified but will still be sub zero by the time it hits the SE. Heavy falls of snow can be expected across the SE and I wouldn't rule out a Thames Streamer event. There should be a foot of snow by the 10th across London. :good:I have just emailed Joe Laminate flori Bastardi and James Madbastardi and they both agree with my analysis  :D
