was lovern in charge of the defence

NO... (surprisingly)

Not one of the players who started the Spurs match was playing.

Milner, Origi, Oxlade Chamberlain and Lallana were the 4 experienced players.

When experience was required at the end he brought on an 18 year old!!!

Jones  he really looked class.

LOL>>>

Still Arsenal didn't win

It's going to be very difficult to find a slot for Liverpool to play Villa in the Carabao cup Quarter-final they've got no available slots in December

  • 4th December - Everton
  • 7th December - Bournemouth
  • 10th December - Salzburg - Champions League
  • 14th December - Watford
  • 16th December - Week scheduled for League Cup quarter-finals
  • 18th December - TBC Club World Cup
  • 21st December - TBC Club World Cup
  • 26th December - Leicester City
  • 29th December - Wolves

November is also out the window due to the international break and Champions league

The only available slot is January 11th or 19th but that has issues on its own as the Carabao cup semi-final 1st legs are on the week of January 6th

Liverpool's match with Villa is set to be put back to early January with the Quarter-final set to be played on the week of the semi-final 1st leg

The winners 1st leg of the semi-final will then follow on the week of the 2nd leg the 2nd leg of whoever faces Liverpool or Villa could be as late as February 12th (subject to FA Cup replays it could be earlier) if it was Feb 12th that would be just 18-days before the final

The EFL will refuse Klopps suggestion of playing a youth team at Villa due to the 'integrity of the competition'

Liverpool will field two different teams in as many days in order to fulfil fixtures in the EFL Cup and Fifa Club World Cup.

Crazy really so i take it reserve team manager will be the manager for the villa game.. I would leave some of the first team behind to play against villa then fly them out for the final
