A cold wet miserable day with light rain this afternoon but heavier rain this morning

Another cool, damp and muggy day with rain, occasionally heavy, up to mid-afternoon.  Dry thereafter with brief brighter intervals, but the cloud is thickening again right now with more rain expected soon.  Maximum 18.2, minimum 17.0.  Wind light NW.

A dry start to last night but moderate rain arrived by late evening and continued intermittently for the rest of the night with a few short heavier spells mixed in. Hill fog developed around 0300 g.m.t and lasted, intermittently until mid morning.

The day was cloudy with intermittent light-moderate rain and occasional hill fog again during the afternoon.
