Since we have a thread for snow addiction, how about one for thunder addiction?

How much do you crave your thunderstorms on a scale of 0-10? Do you love them, do you hate them or are you somewhere in the middle?

I'm a definate 10! I can't get enough of them. :)

I had to choose 9. I love storms, but I would stay indoors when the storm is directly overhead. I don't think I would feel safe in my car.

I feel safer in the car, which I believe is fairly safe as long as you don't touch any interior Metal?

True or False??

Absolutely love thunderstorms. The power of nature right above our heads in an inspiring display. I'd be useless at chasing on British roads in my area though.

Been poor for thunder activity this year around Bristol too :(

I put a 9 because 9 times out of ten they miss me.

I love thunderstorms more than most other weather types, there's something so awe inspiring when you get a good one! They're fascinating as no two storms are exactly alike, can be a bit frightening too. Shame we see so few these days!

I think everyone knows what mine would be. Let's just say I spend hundreds on petrol every year searching for storms.I haven't seen a storm since the 4th July and so am now getting stomach cramps, cold sweats and hallucinations!

7/10 nothing near to the white stuff I only like a fully fledged storm which leaves a imprint on me a odd rumble does not amuse me I've seen too much of that. As long as I get snow in winter, I couldn't give a hoot.

9/10 for me. Love storms and the ones we had at the beginning of July on the Friday night epitomise why. Those storms were fierce and exemplified natures power brilliantly. The sense of vulnerability is strangely awesome. Night lightning shows are magical too.

I won't go out of my way to chase though.
