The Met. Office respond to recent criticisms

Personally I would treat Booker with the disdain he deserves.

 

 

An article published today makes a number of claims about Met Office weather and climate science.

 

It would be difficult to cover all the points raised in this blog, but here we look at the science and facts behind a few of the assertions.

Agreed. There really is something wrong when he can make such misleading, false and abhorrent statements with no repercussions.

It would almost be funny if he didn't have so many ardent followers and such a prominent position from which to spew his hateful bile.

 

EDIT: Reading through the mass of climate change denier comments on the MO page makes me despair for humanity.

Until I read your post I hadn't read the comments. Now I wish I hadn't. Unbelievable drivel and it does make one despair.
