Some nice CG's coming down in the distance on that cam now.

Watched the show from Kefalonia - was absolutely incredible!  Forks coming down constantly - returns on Blitzortung significantly underdoing the actual number of strikes.

I do not understand the fascination in watching what's going on in these webcams perhaps it's a symptom of storm withdrawal. It's a NO for me same with watching snow falling at xxxxxx in the world. I don't bat an eyelid unless it's in my back yard.

Gottingen will be in the firing line of those storms coming up from Frankfurt in the next 30 mins to 1 hour.

I reckon that that cam is viewing away from the storm, you would see flickering now if it was facing it.

The cam is about 20 to 40 miles north west of there, its the closest I could find because the cam in Kassel is currently behind the storms, thats why I gave it such a large time distance.

what i meant was the Gotingen cam looks to facing east-ish so you wouldn't sea the storm approaching as for the west south west you would.

You would see lightning by now

Just noticed something else, the flags on that stream are blowing from the right of that cam, defo viewing east-ish or NE.
