Mostly cloudy last night, thunderstorms moved up from the south around 01:00 GMT producing some heavy and torrential downpours for a time. The storms cleared before 0:300 GMT leaving a cloudy and damp, warm night. dawning cloudy and damp and misty. Cloudy and misty until around 08:00 GMT, cloud breaks and sunny spells developing before reading time. Continuing sunny spells through the day, feeling very warm.

A dry and cloudy start becoming brighter with spells of sunshine only to suddenly cloud with a thunderstorm with a heavy downpour and some steady rain before brightening again later,max 20 deg,min 12 deg

A dry and cloudy morning followed by sunny intervals during the  early afternoon. A short, heavy squally shower accompanied by one clap of thunder moved through around 1430 g.m.t and the temperature fell from 18.8c before it to 11.9c after it.

The remainder of the afternoon was dry with sunny periods.

 

At 1800 g.m.t

Temp: 15.0c

Max today: 19.5c

Min last night: 10.5c

Grass min: 5.9c

Rainfall from 0800-1800 g.m.t: 2. 0mm

Mean wind speed: 10 mph W

Highest gust today: 48 mph W at 1423 g.m.t
