Very little on the radar now if that was it then it brought very little here just some rumbles and a short live spell of heavy rain

From nothing to cloud build and moisture inflow in a few minutes. Something might be happening to the west of newcastle..nothing on radar yet.

Been quite disappointed today had one heavy shower earlier and that's it. I was about to throw the towel in but in the last 20 mins the skies have begun to change clouds beginning to bubble up now. Convection getting going I hope

More possible around Haltwishle (and alston now) that could hit newcastle due to the change in wind direction if it builds...been an odd one..liots of promise but no outcome..humm

Yes teeside area missed the worse of the storms, shame we cant catch in on the action now like further south.

Some nice clouds building up to my northeast, but nothing much more for our region now bar few rouge heavy showers.

Shame.

Rain is currently moving in from the west, however, the south of the region should remain drier for now
