How many neutrals who so lauded up last seasons triumph will be hoping Leicester get relegated now. I certainly will, that will teach the selfish owners and lazy players a lesson. By the end of Sunday

Wow Ole the magical tactician, what a manager, completely turned it around. United should of won by more, 2-3 flatters Southampton, they were pretty average(I guess Newcastle just made them look good)

Hahahahahahahahaha.

Little changes in top 4 race. If anything Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea have all cemented a place. Liverpool, United and City all battling for that 4th IMO.

More than happy with a point away at Manchester United.  Keeps us right in the mix for top 4 & we haven't got to play them again this season.  Lol.

I didn't think we played that well today, a little surprised Manchester United didn't come at us more with home advantage etc, but hey ho, we stood our ground, Mignolet played well & earnt a deserved point.

Top 4 still very much on, which was my aim at the start of the season & with Man City struggling of late & Man Utd still 5 points behind us, we are in a stable position for now.

3rd place, level on points with 2nd, would have bitten your arm off for that last July.

I don't know why all the hype around Manchester United vs Liverpool games though, they often turn into damp squids!

Really? Based on the last 10 games, Chelsea have taken 27 pts, Tottenham 24 and Man Ure 22...

    What?

You're playing Chelsea in 2 weeks time? Either take a result from them or you're out of the race. Also, Spurs are playing better than both of us at the minute!

So?! All the teams have to play each other and you're talking about teams cementing positions! There's a long way to go and by next week it could all change again?

    Exactly!

We've yet to play Man U at home, Gooners at home, Liverpool away and Man City away, and - having been a Spurs fan since 1967 - I suspect there are at least FOUR potential banana-skins in there!:shok:

Everyone is playing everyone still, for the most part so I don't really care who we have in 1,2,3,4,5 weeks or whatever.

IIRC, Chelsea is a home tie, so not quite as bad.

It would have been a lot different if you had beaten us today.  You would have been 5th, 2pts behind us & Arsenal.

For us, the title went in November, hence why I'm happy enough with an away point at your place.  Keeps us right in the mix still & with Everton doing us a favour earlier today, actually increases our margin from 5th by a point.

See you lot next season.  Lol.

I'll just add, every keeper has a worldie performance when they come to OT just lately. When Mignolet can get Liverpool's MOTM award, it says something!

That your strikers need to work on their finishing? :pardon:

Our profligacy in front of goal is certainly worrying. We'd be in big trouble if we didn't have Ibra.

I'd suggest we do need either a big name striker to come in or a general prolific forward. Ibra is only short term obviously.

Teams with genuine aspirations shouldn't have to rely on one man to score goals. Other members of the team should be chipping in too.
