A dry night with large amounts of high and medium level cloud at first and low St later which gave mist and patchy hill fog during the early hours.

A light shower about an hour and half ago and a few spots of drizzle in the wind now.

Today was forecast to be the disappointing day of the week and so it proved, pretty much overcast throughout, some drizzly rain am with some mist and fog.

 

Into the afternoon and it was drier, a bit brighter overhead but some mist in the vicinity.
