All died off again. Hmmmm what vital ingredient is missing?

Edit: I just farted, maybe that was it

The English channel don't help especially early in the summer sea surface temps are fairly low and that's just another battle storms have on the way over. Now if there was no English channel and it was land we would have fantastic summer storms lol

Thought I'd check back quick and storms have started producing lightning ha to far south and too light to see anything from my location which is currently wrapped up in bed. If it gets close then I will move but for now I'm too comfortable!

the sky is looking ominous here, the mass by the isle of white will be interesting to watch as it makes landfall

I live on the Isle of Wight and so far it's just been rain I'm afraid - no electricity

The channel is starting to look very messy, hmmmm looks like just an area of rain developing with action upfront and behind, but let's see what daytime heating brings.

Can still hear the rumbles from strikes over Horsham way. Looks like there is lots of murk and heavy showers about - can't work out how the day is gonna pan out

That appears to be under quite a nice looking cell thats built since it came ashore.

Gone very dark to the south west but I think it's just a large pair of trousers that's about to start trousering it down. Doesn't look like it's gonna be electrical

Personally I think the models, some people on here and especially the BBC did great forecasting these storms and now theyre firing off they seem pretty active! Hats off to everyone!
