Can you read outside ?

9.20pm and surprised still reasonably easy to read a paper outside (no artificial light near by)

 

I read one you can read a paper outside near midnight in the Shetland Islands (no moon , artificial lights etc)

 

Can we start a experiment ?

Very light and bright here now at 9:45pm and last night was still reasonably light at 10pm despite being cloudy.

 

The only thing preventing me from reading outside is the freezing cold wind and a temperature of 7.5C
