Reports & Pictures Day 12 - SW Texas

Got onto the best Supercell of the Day west of San Angelo and noted the SE Moving nature on Baron which was superb all day which was a good thing as Verizon was awful so dumped GR.

 

Positioned in a great Hotel I know about in Junction with views overlooking the canyon to the west and had a 3 hour Lightning session drinking beer and eating pizza, don't get much better than that.

 

Had a few calls with nature on our safari roads on the way down as well which was fun!

Lol, when I saw the GPS this morning I thought you'd camped in the middle of nowhere - looks like a decent spot.

Had a down day today and repositioned to Childress ready for tomorrow as did not think today warranted a chase.

 

Will be in prime position for the dryline tomorrow!

On the road to Junction City we came across some locals who did not want to move out of our way.  Sorry about the swearing.

Paul found the team a motel where we could sit and wait for the storm to hit, eating pizza and drinking soda pops.   PLEASE DO NOT WATCH THIS IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED< IT CONTAINS BAD LANGUAGE
