A pretty raw morning with Cbs and heavy showers of rain. Temp 9C and wind WNW 22mph gusting 35.

Clear intervals and showers overnight some of them briefly heavy although the main focus of the showers was a little further north of here, around Bakewell and Buxton.

Cloudy with moderate showers at the moment.

Further moderate showers last night cleared just after midnight leaving clear spells. Bright and sunny spells this morning and a couple of light showers.

Cloudy overnight, moderate rain setting in through the early hours. The day dawned overcast with light to moderate rain. No change so far this morning. Further moderate until early afternoon. Brighter conditions spread in from the west with moderate showers following and sunny spells. Another cool May day.

Temp just scraped out of single figures this morning but then heavy hail this afternoon and temp 4C at 2pm!!!! Must be some type of cold weather record for time and date.
