The team are closing in on a tornado warned storm.

http://www.netweather.tv/index.cgi?action=chaselive;sess=

Is it tornado warned? I know the map on there says it does, but GR and the TVN map only seem to have severe warnings.

There was one there, but it's cleared fairly recently.

We are parked up and watching developments to the south. I'll kick the stream back to life in a sec

The most interesting storm at the moment is the one near Paducah, best CAPE down here too - 3000 j/kg on hourly meso just ahead of dryline. Good rain-free base around the meso too.

It appears that Wacky Races have broken out towards Quanauh and Eldorado as everyone goes after it.

Just got in and the storm the team are on has an amazing signature - is there a large tornado on the ground?

Great footage now from various, Netwx about to drive past the KFOR car.

Aaron Meledeo gives a great panorama of track and size.

Thanks for all the good reports about the stream.

Sorry we left you Neil but I had a chance to bust through the hail down the east side and beat that circulation west of Lawton so went for it.

The clear Tornado had got buried in the rain by the time we got to it and was nearly always rain wrapped after that, it ramped up again near Medicine Park and we got a brief tornado near Geronimo and Cyril.

Epic day!

A couple of quickies from me before hitting the sack while CG bombs drop around the hotel...

This was what we drove towards, the pictures can't do it justice, a real hail munching beast - there were softballs in that core

And a hasty pano stitch that needs a lot of tweaking, but you get the idea

Here's that wedge tornado caught near Elmer, in SW Oklahoma - not far from the Red River border with Texas yesterday evening ...

Enjoyed following Netweather stream last night, held up very well and good quality too.
