A really mild night with the highest Min since 14 November at 8.2C, 3/4 cover of Sc and Ci but bright and dry with the sun shining through at times.

A few clear spells last night gave to more cloudy conditions after midnight, dry. Cloud breaking this morning allowing sunny spells.

Further light showery rain last night before clearing around midnight. Clear through the early hours, cold, low -0.7c with a widespread frost, fog forming around dawn, visibility <100 yards. The lifted quickly allowing bright spells, though turning rather cloudy towards observation. A good deal of cloud at times, though a few breaks did allow a little sunshine. Dry.

A cloudy start to the day but from mid-morning the cloud dispersed allowing long sunny periods. By mid-afternoon almost all the cloud had gone. Quite windy until mid afternoon but the wind then decreased to a moderate breeze.
