Clear spells overnight, ground frost. Turning cloudy before dawn. Mostly cloudy so far this morning, high cloud thinning.

Yesterday.

 

A few clear spells last night gave way to cloudy conditions after midnight, moderate rain/sleet commenced around 02:00 GMT continuing through the early hours until becoming light and intermittent after dawn. At observation, overcast, intermittent light rain. Light rain stopping shortly after observation, staying cloudy through the morning. The afternoon saw brighter conditions with sunny spells, windy, feeling cool.

A dry night with clear periods and the strong to gale force north westerly wind decreasing to a gentle breeze by dawn.

Currently it's dry with sunny intervals and a good deal of high cloud.

A dry day with sunny intervals: most of the sunshine early and late in the day as a sheet of Sc developed by late morning and lasted until well into the afternoon. Much less windy than yesterday.
